Solutio Designs LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the FlipSheet mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
FlipSheet stores all deal data (property details, repair estimates, offer calculations) locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The app does not require account creation or login.
FlipSheet offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro Monthly at $4.99/month and Pro Annual at $39.99/year) through Apple's App Store. Subscription purchases and billing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your purchase data.
FlipSheet does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with any third parties.
All data you enter into FlipSheet is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you delete the app, all stored data is permanently removed.
FlipSheet is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
