These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlipSheet mobile application ("App") developed by Solutio Designs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
FlipSheet is a real estate deal analysis tool for informational purposes only. The calculations, estimates, and projections provided are not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
FlipSheet offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:
Subscriptions provide unlimited deal analysis, the ability to save and edit all deals, share deals via text and email, full repair cost editing, and comparable sales tracking.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
FlipSheet allows you to create and save up to 3 deals for free. After 3 deals, a Pro subscription is required to continue creating new deals.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Solutio Designs LLC and are protected by copyright law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations. Real estate values, repair costs, and market conditions vary. Always consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
Solutio Designs LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this App, including but not limited to financial losses from real estate transactions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
